''Esteemed representatives of sports associations,
the Commission for Financial Operations operates within the framework of the Olympic Committee of Slovenia – Association of Sports Federations. Some time ago, the Commission submitted an initiative to facilitate the operations, provide useful information and present contents and links on the website of the OCS which will be of assistance to sports associations, sports societies and other sports organisations in Slovenia.
In this document, we provide certain data and links to important legislative regulations and implementing regulations, as well as connections to the collection and publications of these regulations. We have also prepared a collection of documents about the operations of the OCS and a draft of the documents for establishing sports associations or societies to ensure the operations of bodies and expert services. We hereby enclose the instructions of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Slovenia for organisers of public events and meetings.
We also include a special chapter which presents the benefits and bonuses which the Olympic Committee of Slovenia – Association of Sports Federations provides to its members and societies.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that when reviewing the contents and citing illegal acts, it is important to follow any potential changes and amendments and consult the official resource the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia.
